August Tournament

On august 6th EMCC held an adult youth tournament at MTL. It was a 3 person format with a max of 2 adults. It's a good opportunity to introduce the kids or yourself and the kids to tournament fishing for crappie. The kids all get something to take home and put in there tackle box or at least a reason to get a tackle box started. The weigh in is followed by a bbq of hot dogs and burgers and if the kids didn't get enough fishing in on the lake they can do some more at the catch and release pond at South fork Resort. Big thanks to these guys for sponsoring the club and hosting events like this. Thanks to all who participated and all of our sponsors. Hopefully the day made some more life long fishermen and fisherwomen.

First place and big fish with a weight of 6.04 lb.s and big fish at 1.62lb.s. Goes to Tom Holtmeyer , Greg and Spencer.

2nd place with a weight of 5.26 lb.s goes to Kenny Massman, Scottie, and Dave Vanderbose.

3rd place goes to Lonnie Stevens, Grace and Megan with a weight of 4.90lb.s

4th place goes to T.J. Westhoff , Eric Wilmes and Charlie 4.78 lb.s

2nd big fish goes to Brad Ruyle, Page Wheeler and Conner 1.28 lb.s
